The problem is that each individual user ID with an Unlimited Elite plan on an AT&T account no longer has access to their own HBO Max subscription. This is not how this benefit had operated a month ago. I had my own HBO Max account. My parents each had their own HBO Max account. My brothers each had their own HBO Max accounts.
