Answers. Updating a PNC Bank account from within Quicken is done by Express Web Connect+ (or Direct Connect), not Webconnect. Web Connect is the process of manually downloading from the financial institution's website and then manually importing into Quicken. I am assuming your want to restore Express Web Connect+ downloads.
@JohnN It definitely is, or at least started as, a PNC issue. Whether it's now waiting for PNC to take further action or Intuit to take corrective action to catch up to changes made by PNC is a level of detail we almost never get information about. The good thing is that its'a known issue and is being worked on.
A month or so ago, Quicken (Premier Classic version 58.8) stopped getting updated transactions from my PNC bank investment account. I have both a checking account and brokerage at PNC.
