I know it can vary by state so it may be different for you but in the last couple years I had HPs on Transunion from NFCU, Lowe's and Care Credit who are with Synchrony bank, Simmons Bank, Cap One for Wal-Mart and my DH had it pulled for Commerce Bank. 03-13-2021 09:05 AM.
I noticed DRG on my mortgage report by TU. It stands for "disp investigation completed - report by guarantor" or "disp invg comp - rpt by grntr". If you get a TU report mailed to you you'll see it on the first page about half way down. It's sortof hidden but it's there. Hope this helps.

And collections will cease. Exclusion of a collection from your credit report is not based on when the collection is reported. It is based ONLY on the date that you first became delinquent of the account with the original creditor, and thereafter remained delinquent until the collection was reported. That is referred to as the DOFD.
Re: Transunion early exclusion. The Fico reports do not show this. Here are the early exclusion time frames: TU - 6 months early. EX - 3 months early. EQ - 30 days early. Hope this helps.
