Search for "curseforge" on Google or "feed the best". Look up “essential mod” and add it to your mod pack. It basically allows you to host people to your game though LAN, but anywhere, similarly to inviting someone in steam. Its like hamachi but integrated into Minecraft and super easy to use.

Then you finally got your own working Singleplayer modpack and put it on the server just to see that at least one of the 88 mods isnt Multiplayer compatible and nothing starts. Its quite the hassle, especially the first few times you do it. Idk if theres a more efficient way but neither me nor my friends found it.
Second this, enigmatica 6 is pretty widely loved. If it's gotta be light then you should try a Fabric pack like Better Minecraft or AOF5. Better Mjnecraft is everything but light. Light in terms of performance, in my experience you can run a lot of mods on Fabric and still get pretty good performance.
