In fact, everything was unlinked. I looked at my stats with a stat tracker and found someone playing on my account recently. Talked to epic about being hacked and they responded quite fast, around 20 minutes later they sent me an email to confirm I was the original owner of the account.

Epic games support. I contacted epic games support due to issues with my acc. They said that they want to continue the conversation over email. It has been 3 days and I have still not recieved a response from them about the next steps to resolve my issues. Yeah, they literally said Yahoo, Gmail and my employer all have email issues, that result in epic games being the only person I can't email. I cannot with these people and just need to reach someone. Otherwise, if a game supports controllers, it has nothing to do with the launcher or store you bought the game from.
