For some reason my hotmail account (*****@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in. Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me.
However my problem is this. I do not want my son's needing my ms authenticator approval to log into their pcs. So I set their accounts to local accounts, but by doing so, their devices have been removed from my microsoft account. Only by changing it back to sign in using my ms account do they re appear back on my account.
