When you bought Minecraft, you bought an account. This means you can play from any computer, and effectively, download and play the game onto as many computers as you like. So yes. Just re-download it.
When I try to log in to minecraft launcher or anything related to xbox in pc it tells me to install webView2 runtime and then i get this error
Delete your game directory (.minecraft, .technic, or minecraft), backing up saves and resource packs if you want to keep them. Then delete your launcher and the runtimes folder in the same folder as the launcher if there is one. Then download a new launcher and play each version you want to use.
