I had no idea their mod manager would affect the way I use Vortex. I had no desire to use their in house mods. The problem is that there doesn't seem to be a choice. I tried using the 6.9 beta and for whatever reason, the game still won't load. I then tried loading my game with the 7 patch while deleting all the conflicting mods.

Posted January 28, 2021. When you start Baldurs Gate 3 and close it again, look out for a notification in Vortex telling you that "modsettings.lsx" was reset. If you get that, at least one of your mods in invalid, meaning it's not supported by (this version of) BG3. Also check on the load order page that the mods are all enabled.
Secondly, the update is done! A restart of Vortex should be all that is needed to pull down the latest version. After the update, this can be checked by going to Extensions, clicking Show Bundled, finding Baldur's Gate 3 and it should say 1.5.1 and not the previous 1.4.2. I'm going to give a part apology for it taking this long.
Full release issues. Baldur's Gate 3 had a huge mod-breaking update on August 3rd 2023 when the game left early access. Some of the files that Vortex (and other mod managers) were relying on changed and have possibly become corrupted while we were updating our Vortex support for it.
Hello, I have installed .NET and performed all the recommended steps. I reinstalled LSLib\Divine, uninstalled the Italian translation in case it created conflicts, however the game still doesn't read mods.

drgnfyre. 5. Posted January 4. I've noticed this tool / mod making Vortex -extremely- unresponsive between adding/removing/enabling any mods. Every time I go to do any of those options, vortex launches 10-20 instances of 'divine.exe'. I've got about 150 mods, if that makes a difference. I wish I could tell Vortex not to do whatever it's doing ...
Posted January 16. I can launch bg3 without the Nexus Mods launcher although I cannot use the mods as the launcher won't launch anything. I don't know what to change or what the problem is as there never are any errors to Google. Updated everything including reinstalling the launcher and nothing has changed. I don't know what settings to change ...
If you go to Vortex > Extensions > Make sure 'Show Bundled' is clicked and it'll be under 'Game: Baldur's Gate 3' in the list. The version number is on the far right of the window. Latest version is 1.3.7 and so if it is less than that, update if Vortex asks you to after a restart.
