Rockstar Support is not responding for over a week. I made a rockstar support ticket, and after few messages i exchanged with Rockstar Support, they suddenly stopped responding. In the last message they told me that the case has been redirected to another department for analysis. It's been almost a week, and nothing happened in my case.

Edgy gta online player. I have to admit. Rockstar support is probably the best video game support experience ever. they don't always solve my issues for one reason or another. But I always get a response in like 24 hours, which is exceptional in my opinion.

In my experience usually within a few hours. I've submitted a few tickets over the years and they have all be resolved the same day. I’ve had it take between a few hours and about ten days. Just kinda depends. I think it says an email is within 24hrs.
So just submit a ticket explaining that. Go in the R* support page, then like R* games launcher, Can't login, your platform then 2 step. That leads you to the page where you can type out your problem and submit files and stuff. Who cares if the options you selected don't exactly match your issue.
