To add this link to your footer menu: Copy the address of this login page from your browser's address bar. From the admin go to Online Store > Navigation > Footer Menu. Click Add menu item add a name and paste in the address in to the link box. Click Add > Save menu. You'll then see your account link in the footer menu!

If the login page is not loading successfully for you, I would suggest trying to clear the cache on your browser. If the issue persists, you can attempt to login to your online store using a separate browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
When I go to login to my account and see my store the login page doesn't work but the website link for a free trial works. I can't access my because I can't login. Again the page doesn't even load. when I click on it it just opens a blank page and nothing happens.
