She works VERY well with your non-Chongyun-or-Eula Cryo characters. Apply Cryo on enemies and then use her burst to sustain a bonus DMG debuff on the enemy.

This makes DPS Mona extremely safe. DPS Mona also has some key weaknesses: Her charge attack spam (the highest DPS output rotation for Mona) is extremely stamina-hungry. Her charge attacks cost 50 stamina, thus depleting your stamina bar in about 5 attacks (you do regenerate a bit of stamina between charge attacks).

Mona is more of a support character for now. Not as a support, as a burst dps. They both have their strengths in terms of overworld mobility and combat. keqing is stronger in terms of mobility (waterwalk is cool but almost negated by the fact mona 'catches' on even the slightest ledge and won't run smoothly over it.

From my testing, it doesn't look like using Mona's burst triggers Raiden's skill, immediately consuming the omen. However, I'm having a hard time figuring out if Raiden's burst procs the mark, or if her skills does the damage first (because of the animation when using the burst), so I'm asking you guys.
