Yeah because the more ATK% she has the more healing she does. It's hard to do a simple guide for Jean since she has many roles and benefits from many stats. ATK is always great, it increases her dmg, skill dmg, and healing. Ameno dmg is great for a quick-swap sub-DPS/healer who pops in to use skill and/or ult.

For energy, Amenoma R5 recovers 6 flat energy per E for Jean, assuming 2 Es per rotation thats 12 energy. With Anenoma you still need to build ER, at least 140-160%. A fav proc recovers 6 energy × ER% for Jean and 3.6 (off-field penalty) × ER% for the rest of the team, if fav is R4-5 you should be able to proc it at 2 times per rotation.
13 votes, 10 comments. true. i think atk goblet is good. currently, my jean with 10 burst has like lvl 4 atk goblet and lvl 13 or 12 healing bonus circlet, she can heal a ton. i am planning on leveling atk goblet to 20 and change the circlet to crit rate so i can improve her damage quite a bit.

I use R5 Amenoma 2 VV 2 gladiator. Pretty solid build. Remember that being a sword user, she can use Sacrificial Sword if you have extra. So for battery Jean, weapon of choice can be either Sac Sword or Favonious. However, she works well in most roles, and will often fill in for units that you may not have or may be busy on another team. 13.
