This setting in Windows 11 is at Windows Settings > Apps > Advanced App Settings > Choose Where to get apps > Anywhere. If that's already set then you may have bought a PC that has S mode, which only allows Store apps to be installed.

Hi. I've just completed a clean install of Windows 11 Pro from a disc. However the SecHealthUI is missing and cannot be installed. Running `get-appxpackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers` using Powershell in Admin mode from an administrator account returns nothing. The folder `C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth` exists, however it is empty.
