This is called (Microsoft) Designer. Hit the + on your sidebar. Hit the By Microsoft tab under Discover More. Scroll down to Image Creator from Designer. Created on September 30, 2023. Bing image creator is too strict on prompts. I got a 24 hour ban on bing image creator for trying to fix a prompt that kept getting flagged no matter how much i changed it. I'm so tired of tools like this being in the hands of people who create these problems by restricting the creativity of its users.
Yes, Bing Image Creator supports negative prompts. Be clear and explicit. Clearly state the characteristics, features, or elements you would like the model to avoid. Generate your images on the Copilot main page in the chat. It will give you four images select one to look at the larger size you will then see the resize icon click it then choose square. It will now generate a new version in a square AR. You can go back and forth if you don't like the square option it generates.

Image Creator is not there. Sorry for the late reply. Since you mentioned that its not in your settings, try clicking on the + icon in the Sidebar to open customise sidebar. From there, you can enable Image Creator to add it to your sidebar. Aside from that, you can also visit the link below to use Bing image creator.
