Everything says the USB ports are working fine and have all the latest drivers, etc. All the ports work fine from BIOS & worked trouble free in Win7. I found I can get the ports to work temporarily in Windows 10, if I go to device manager and reset the associated USB Hub, but if I boot from cold again the ports will not work as before.
If no newer or this doesn't help, then go to the USB category in Device Manager, open each Enhanced, Hub and Host controller, from Driver tab select Roll back if available, or if not choose Uninstall.
