These AMD Laptops can be hack'd to run macOS using the Ryzen guide, with a MacBookPro16,4 SMBIOS. Though they are not as easy to hack as an Intel system. If you want to run macOS on an Intel laptop you need to get a laptop with a 8th, 9th or 10th Series CPU, as the IGPU in the 11th, 12 & 13th series CPUs are not supported in any version of macOS.
