First go to C:\Program Files and delete the Spotify folder. Then go to C:\Users\"user name"\AppData\Roaming and delete the Spotify folder. Then go to control panel and delete Spotify from the programs list. Let me know if this worked for you too! 🙂. View solution in original post.

Try to uninstall it from your phones 'task manager' instead of the play store, I've had a similar issue and all I did was uninstall off my manager not the store. It wasn't. I have uninstalled it once, but I can't now. When ı click on spotify at storage tab, ı can only see disable or enable button.
