I have been getting the same response since sometime in June, i.e., "We apologize, etc." I called the Tracfone Help Support number (1-800-867-7183. I explained that I could get my Usage data from the Tracfone APP, but not on the website.
My Tracfone running Verizon is showing the correct amount of everything. And my Tracfone running T-Mobile is showing the correct amount of everything. I just checked them both a few minutes ago. I used the My Account app on both phones. Sent from my Irritating Samsung A10e
I've been with tracfone since 2008 and added a ton of 90 day cards with triple minutes just to keep the service alive. The past couple of years I've been adding the cheapest 30 day card and 1 year service plan.
I checked my balance a couple times at their site & the results were almost instant. I wanted to know how much data it used to send/receive a couple of pics. I've also used the My Account app & so far it works great although I've read many complaints about it.
I'm using Tracfone as my cell phone service. My phone wasn't connecting to the internet via mobile data. So I checked my Tracfone and it show "0 mb data remaining". This seems sudden because last I remember I have around 2-3 gb of data remaining a few weeks ago, and I do not use mobile data. I'm mostly on Wi-Fi.
Mar 4, 2022. #1. I usually check the balance on my phone by texting the word usage to 611611. The text message with my balance usually comes back fairly fast. For the first time today none of my tracfones will return a balance. Instead I get a message saying that they're unable to. "We apologize. We're unable to process your request at this time.
The donor phone will be deactivated, but its balance can be restored within 60 days. 2. Within 60 days, reactivate the donor phone with a (minimal) time card. Its balance will be restored, but it'll be assigned a new phone number. 3. Go through the steps given by WheelieBoot to combine the balances of the two phones.
It's showing that the service days were extended, but I'm not seeing that any of the minutes, texts or data were increased from the balance on the old phone. Cherlyn: It had just been processed. Just allow the system to update the balance on its own. You can check it back later.

Same Issue my fathers net 10 except not able to make calls. Zero minutes zero days. They wiped it out. I'm guessing that it's NOT the same issue, since nobody else reported not being able to use their service.
