    I have been getting the same response since sometime in June, i.e., "We apologize, etc." I called the Tracfone Help Support number (1-800-867-7183. I explained that I could get my Usage data from the Tracfone APP, but not on the website.

    I did everything as I've done it for years. This is the first time that the phones aren't updating. I can check the balance online and on the phones. Online shows the new expiration date but does not show minutes. The phones show the old minutes balance and time remaining (which is know 0 days on 1 phone). We're still working with Tracfone CS.

    I'm using Tracfone as my cell phone service. My phone wasn't connecting to the internet via mobile data. So I checked my Tracfone and it show "0 mb data remaining". This seems sudden because last I remember I have around 2-3 gb of data remaining a few weeks ago, and I do not use mobile data. I'm mostly on Wi-Fi.

    I've been with tracfone since 2008 and added a ton of 90 day cards with triple minutes just to keep the service alive. The past couple of years I've been adding the cheapest 30 day card and 1 year service plan.

    I checked my balance a couple times at their site & the results were almost instant. I wanted to know how much data it used to send/receive a couple of pics. I've also used the My Account app & so far it works great although I've read many complaints about it.

    There is a tracfone corporate office number here: 305-640-2000 x1029. This number is better than the general number because the TF corp reps usually have access to the account tools which can do a lot of things and these reps sometimes have more competence/knowledge and capabilities.
