There are two ways to cancel a Shutterfly order within the first 30 minuets of placing the order. Click 'cancel your order' in the order confirmation email. Click 'Cancel order' within the Order Details page. Click 'OK' to confirm the order cancellation. The Order Details page will then display the cancellation confirmation.
