im looking for a few good mods to enhance the game. Better graphics, more realism and add some cool stuff like way more cars and make more buildings accessible and add more shops and depths overall and other cool things. I saw all some cool stuff on the server No Pixel 3.0 and i thought maybe i should look for some mods for singleplayer.

I'm decently new to mods so if someone could tell me if it's safe and if there are any other sites I should check out that would be helpful. In general all is safe but be careful though. For the most part yes it’s safe.

OIV mods are the easiest to install but you need to make sure it does not need ScriptHookV. Open OpenIV, go to Tools -> Package Manager, select your .oiv file and select the "mods" folder when prompted. Some other mods are only manual install and they usually contain a readme telling you where to put the files.
What mod menu/scripts does Smii7y use? I'm looking for what he has used for his GtaV videos, the chaos mod, changing his character models and stuff. 4. One of the most promising, and necessary IMO "realism" gameplay mods is the Basic Needs mod pack by PlasticTangerine. As of this writing, it is at version 0.9. It essentially gives you a Hunger, Sleep, and Fun meters of which you have to upkeep. As of this writing it is at version 0.9.
