B tier is fine [although arguably C tier] because the only reason why shindai rengoku is good is because of the e spec and the 2nd mode m1s. The 1st and 2nd moves are terrible and the counter isn't that great.
The only semi viable move is the 2nd and that was nerfed so the only thing I can think of thats good is a pull move into typhoon 2nd but since it’s a bloodline tier list we’re only looking at the bloodline by itself so bad bloodline never hits

im pretty sure the guy who made the list thought rykan was just a skin, my reasoning putting vanhelsing B+ is because It was SEVERLY nerfed alot, most of its moves stuns last 1/2 as long, and the M1 range was dropped, also ghost korashi imo would be B- overall, it has a very good i-frame/stun and the C does drain mode, it can be used mid way through m1 combat and through stuns, thats just me tho

Look, there are different bloodlines that are good for different things, yes? But they aren’t so easily obtained, so if you have a computer and a autoclicker, I’d recommend going to the My Home game mode in the ‘Extra Game Modes’ page on the game, and that farms you about 6 spins and hour along with 360K Ryo.
Alot of people say "Powder, Kamaki Akuma, Rey Kereda, and Minakaze", I fairly disagree due to me learning what makes something good or horrible, learning Game Knowledge, learning every move of every bloodline you have, learn how to aim and use those bloodlines, then use what mosts fits you.
Kerada I'd put low A tier because it's M1s don't knockback (unless they fixed that). I'd swap Bankai A with Satori A because Tsukoyomi is now better than Koto (satori stun). move Frost and Scorch to mid C because it's some extra damage with ur m1s. Maybe swap blood with Deva. I'm saying a lot so i might make my own tier list and compare
Kenichi - A bloodline that's really outdated it seriously needs a rework, the moves seriously aren't that great maybe the 2nd mode C spec and the q spec are good but don't use it. Move to C Minakami - I will just skip to the point don't use this bloodline for pvp, maybe the new q spec is good but don't use this bloodline. Move to D
