Call the Illinois Link Help Line 1-800-678-LINK (5465) or 1-877-765-3459 (TTY) Get your balance at a store that accepts the Link card. Some stores will give you the balance at their service desk without making a purchase.

You can use the toll-free number (1-800-678-LINK) or the web site at www.Link.Illinois.gov to get a history of your card use, check your benefit balances, select a PIN, report a lost, stolen or damaged Illinois Link card or request a replacement card by mail. Please allow seven (7) days for mail delivery.
You will need your 16-digit Link card number to access your Link account to select your first PIN. You will also need your social security number and date of birth. Once you have selected a PIN, you may change it at any time.
