    In addition to contacting Quicken Support, please also open Quicken and go to the Help menu > Report a Problem option.     Now when I click on update Ally Bank, it takes me to the Ally Bank website. From there I would need to individually download/update each account individually. Quicken no longer updates the Ally Bank accounts automatically. My account is set to web connect. There is a statement on the update page that says there is a new connection method.

    February 2023 edited May 2023. Ally worked fine connecting EWC forever. This afternoon asked for a 2FA authorization code and sends to my phone. I enter, OSU completes and Ally (2 accounts) show CC-508. Says a popup or message must be dealt with at the Ally website. There is nothing.

    I log in on the web site - it works OK. No messages or notification at Web site. I then resync. It asks for SMS verification code. I enter the code (several times yesterday and today) If fails. I just disconnected and re-added the account. I get request for SMS. I enter the SMS code, Now Care Code: FDP-108 -Ally Bank denying access to account.

    Quicken will log you out and take you back to the login screen. Before logging in, close Quicken and leave it closed for at least 5 seconds. Re-open Quicken.     A CSR told me that they had a system problem. Today I could change my Ally password and log in. I tried to update the info in Quicken and Quicken had a text sent to my phone which is a landline so I cannot now use Quicken with Ally Bank. This seems to be a problem with Quicken. When Ally needs to send a code there is an option for voice or text.
