Upload Speed is too low. I'm experiencing significant issues with my internet connection. I subscribed to a 1Gb plan, but my upload speed is only delivering 10Mb. A few days ago, it was reaching 30Mb, which is still far below what I should be getting. This is severely impacting my ability to create and stream gaming content.

I was able to run a speed test on your modem and got 40 Mb/s upload, but I understand the issue is intermittent which can make it hard to narrow down the cause of the issue and to know if any one repair resolved the problem. A week ago I signed up for Spectrum 1 gig symmetrical service. Modem arrived Tuesday afternoon. Connected modem to my Wi-Fi router rebooted both units and I was pleasantly surprised with better than 1,000 Mbps up and down speeds. Speeds were a bit variable until Friday when The upload speed will barely break 100Mbps on a lucky speed test.
1) The modem's top LED Ethernet status light will indicate the Device is Connected at greater than 100 Mbps. 2) The router Internet Port statistics page indicates the WAN Port status is 1000M/Full. 3) And, more importantly, an internet speed test (using wired connection) indicates more than 100 Mbps. Hello everyone, I am a new customer who just got gigabit fiber with Spectrum and have done a few speed tests and have noticed the pings seem high for fiber? 300 loaded seems high to me when I see videos of other people with fiber with a ping of 1 and 8ms loaded.
