    Yes! I went to the email home tab and clicked "Get Add-ins" I was then able to see the Polls app not being added, so I added it, and I was able to see the Polls tab when I clicked "New email." The only difference from Microsoft website is that my Polls tab is automatically added on the Message tab instead of the Insert tab.
