This works in all generations, because it seems there are players who really love to train Dittos named 6IV.

Since the "Galar-dex" and "National-dex" would essentially be the same thing this time, not sure which would be a better comparison point. Just flatly matching the percentages predicts 500 pokémon (going by the US/UM book), or 352 pokémon (going by the Su/Mo book). 500 pokémon in the Galar region seems more likely, imo.
Walkthrough. Galar Mine No. 2. Head to Galar Mine No. 2. Inside, you'll find Bede again. She'll challenge you, of course. She has four Pokemon: Solosis, Gothita, Hatenna, and Ponyta. If you were able to complete the Water Gym, you should be able to easily dropkick all four of these weak Pokemon. When you win, you'll get her League Card.
