Yea this happened to me once with UPS. I ordered 2 day shipping and the box arrived almost two weeks later. I tried every angle to get something as compensation but in the end I just gave up.

734. 2 day shipping means a state of packing that can be same day all the way up to 3-5 days usually and then 2 business days of shipping. I think we should impose an universal tax for every thing purchase online, this can be done with the shipping service such as UPS, Fedex and USPS. We can call it shipping tax or something. Anything has to be shipped will be tax like 10% and if the sales tax is below 10% for your state, you get a tax return with the invoice.
First time we have a power outage and one of the outlets on the UPS no longer outputs power. Replacement 1: One whole bank of outlets will not come on unless turned on manually from the control panel on the front of the unit. Resetting to factory defaults doesn't help. Replacement 2: Bad really noisy fan.
