This modpack uses a different rendering engine called Flywheel that helps with performance. Its major optimizations are disabled when you use optifine shaders. I run optifine/shaders with Create and have found that Complimentary shaders have the best compatibility out of the well-known versions.
I've just discovered complimentary shader recently and it looks amazing! That said, during the day, its extremely bright when looking at the horizon/long distance.
Complementary Shaders how to add Glowing Ores. I play in a modded server, and there is new ores. How can i had them to glow ? Within the Shader Options , go to Materials & then inside of the Integrated PBR Settings [if that's the one you're using] You will see the option for Emissive Ores.

Hey I made my first post here the other day curious about shaders because I never used them before and I decided to go with Complementary. In regards to this my new GPU came in and I want to have some fun with shaders now. In your opinion what’s best for the settings? I have 3080ti and i7 10700k.
1. Reply. Longjumping-Wear306. • 9 mo. ago. Hi Guys, Just fixed using this thread. Can confirm anisotropic filtering. If its turned off in game settings, check Nividia Game panel. Anistropic filtering was force applied through nvidia game panel. Set it to "application controlled" or off.

I really like vibrant shaders, so these are the ones I use: High fidelity, low-ish FPS: Solas. High fidelity, medium FPS: Complementary Reimagined. Medium fidelity, medium FPS: Sildurs Vibrant Shaders Extreme VL with very tweaked settings. Lower fidelity, high FPS: MakeUp Ultra Fast, Sildurs Enhanced Default. Reply reply.
I have a much beefier pc than you, and I still don't run them past anymore than12 or 14 render distance. Ideally 8 or 9 for smoothest Shaders are a lil bit too performance hogging in general to run them past 14 or so.
