Download the official MyChart app from your phones app store and choose Minute Clinic as the provider. You can then access the same information and it works! Sorry I know it's not exactly relevant to this subreddit, but people waiting for covid-19 tests may be searching for a solution and come across this subreddit as I did.
I got a test at CVS after 1/7 and my results appeared in MyChart. I had no issues viewing them. But still, Fuck CVS. In addition to the phone number that was shared here (866-389-2727) there is a text messaging option to check your Covid test results. Text the word "results" and your date of birth to 888-444-5668.
Here's the solution - create a new account with CVS and logout after signing in. To avoid cookie issues do the following in incognito browser. Sign in to mychart using your non CVS login. From the menu on the left select link accounts. Enter CVS as your org and login with your CVS creds Now your accounts are linked.

I went to the MyChart Minute Clinic portal, and there’s zero option to see any bills. They do have an option to look at all your past documents so I went in there.

Yes. I can get into the website, but it's not behaving properly. Also, their helpline at 866-389-2727 is out of service. Argh. getting this message on 10/21/20 - I can log in but mine just says "500 - Server error" every time I click on "test results" and forces me to log out. Same! Ugh still not working.
acs12798. • 3 yr. ago. I got mine in patient gateway by saving the one from care.cvs.com and messaging my provider in Patient gateway with the proof of vax attached. It won't show in myChart. MyChart is only used by Minute Clinic and the Vax's run through the pharmacy now, even if you go to a minute clinic for your vax.
Does CVS minuteclinic use Quest labs for Covid PCR tests? Asking because I just had a covid PCR test yesterday. I have a quest account and a mychart account. Wondering if it'll show up in my Quest account first. There are a bunch of different labs that service different locations. I can think of 5 different labs that my District uses.
