Has anybody successfully redeemed a Roblox digital card from their xbox rewards? I redeemed one and the 1500 points were immediately deducted from my account, but I still have no idea where I would find the roblox code? It hasn't been sent to my email (after 6+ hrs), I don't see a code anywhere on my microsoft or xbox accounts. Any ideas?
So my daughter (8 years old) bought a $25 Roblox gift card yesterday. It's the kind with the pin under foil on the back of the card. The foil wasn't scratched off when she got it. We got home, she ran to her tablet and tried to redeem the card. It said invalid code. We tried multiple times. No luck. So I contacted Roblox support.
It won't work with roblox toys that have virtual codes. Gift cards are having issues since christmas causes a lot of gift cards to be redeemed, redeem it in a day or two and you'll have no issues. Had this yesterday, first time got exactly same message as op, tried second time worked fine.

I am currently trying to redeem my robux digital card from my account. The problem is that - even I keep clicking on the "Confirm Reward" button, I am still on the same page, and nothing shows up. I tried reloading my page, and checked on my internet if there were any mistakes, but precisely, there weren't any. I have no idea why this is happening.
