It was painful enough to knock the wind out of me, but no bleeding. It has become less frequent now, but every so often, I get a sharp stabbing pain that makes me jump!

Dec 4, 2009. #3. Same here. I had severe diarrhea when I was only 4weeks along ; it was so bad that I even fainted from the pain! Seems like I suddenly became lactose intolerant due to the changing hormones. Do drink lots of water so you'll stay hydrated and stay away from milk, cream and spicy stuff for a while!

In both of my previous pregnancies, I lost all symptoms at 10 weeks and it freaked me out, but I guess thats just when the placenta takes over and your body isnt quite so affected by the hormones. I also had spotting at 11 weeks with my last baby and went to the ER but all was fine!
