They’re extremely useful and are just amazing for security. Chase gives the option to check the box “use token” but I can’t find anywhere on how to setup a token or anything like that. Alternatively I wouldn’t mind using google Authenticator to generate codes, but I much prefer a physical token anytime I need to login.

Login must matches up with your name (is your name the same on all accounts) & your SSN too so if its your card there maybe a typo, call cust service # on back of card they can fix that issue. It appears whenever my card application is approved. You should just call if it's not there a few days after your application.
