OR 2) Magic Docking a location gets Tesla Federal subsidies, so it can expand the network OR 3) Magic Docking locations allows a ton of disgruntled customers to flee from Tesla cars and buy CCS vehicles instead. It is my understanding that 150 kW Superchargers can’t be upgraded to “speak” CCS and will stay Tesla only. 250 kW Version 3 Superchargers can be upgraded either to allow use of adapters or Magic Dock installation.

Rosyln Height SC is located inside the parking lot of Willis Row Strip Mall (CVS - 373 Willis Avenue, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577) and should come online within the next month or so as I spoke to the electrician and they said everything on their part is done and is just waiting for PSEGLI to turn it on.
