I have box XG1A! I have had a tech here and I have talked to 13 different people at Comcast, also 3 at HBOMAX! I somehow got charged $25 for XFi unlimited, that I don't want! Also I still don't have access to HBOMAX although I have been paying for it! I added it to my Amazon account, it allows me to sign on to the HBOMAX app without problems.

At top where it shows Browse, Q, then your initial, toggle to your initial till it shows something to the right of it (like your name). 3. Click OK.

Re: Can't log out of HBO Max to log into new HBO Max account. Log in at hbomax.com with your old credentials and go to your profile settings where you'll see all your devices that are signed in, with an option to sign out each of them. Then sign out with your browser and sign back in with your new credentials.
