I just purchased 60 minutes by phone and also had a promo code for 200 minutes. I expected that I would have 180 + 200 minutes (380) added to my phone which had 226 minutes left. My total should then be 606 minutes.

I got an unlocked sim card phone as a birthday present and used the BYOP program to switch devices in July. I still had active service. And now Tracfone wants to drain my money twice as fast as before. ($25 smartphone plan with 2 months service is $12.50 per month before tax compared to $7.44 per month after tax with the 60 minute card.)
