  2. Have you tried putting the stamps after the section names (ex: “Intro 0:00”)? I don’t think editing the description would add chapters in that particular video, so maybe also try writing the timestamps like I suggested in a completely new video; type those timestamps as the video is being uploaded may also help.

  3. Thoughts on That Chapter youtube channel? : r/TrueCrimeDiscussion...

    www.reddit.com/.../comments/jgbwwn/thoughts_on_that_chapter_youtube_channel

Commenting here so that others might see later. That Chapter has made jokes about the victim (Kayelyn Louder, disappeared girl's name) and the Guy family (brutally murdered but again laughing about their names). There is no other way these can be seen other than to be in bad taste and lacking in empathy for the people.

  4. How do I change youtube chapter thumbnails? : r/PartneredYoutube...

    www.reddit.com/.../comments/uf6r41/how_do_i_change_youtube_chapter_thumbnails

At this time, there's no upload option for them, and I doubt that will change. However, for future videos, if you feel that the chapter thumbnails are important, consider that while editing the video, and have at least 1.1 seconds* of what you want the thumbnail to be before what you want the first spoken words of the chapter to be.

  5. You can double tap to jump between chapters in the YouTube app

    www.reddit.com/r/youtube/comments/mzm4ru/you_can_double_tap_to_jump_between...

If you want to jump to the previous chapter, tap once on the right side of the screen, then quickly double tap on the left side of the screen. This is the video I discovered it on. Edit: just found out that you can also just double tap with two fingers! Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.

  6. How to Add YouTube Chapters to Your Videos : r/NewTubers - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/NewTubers/comments/izxzcb/how_to_add_youtube_chapters_to_your...

If that's something you want to add to your video, all you have to do is put a time stamp at 0:00 before the rest of the time stamps. The format looks like this: 0:00 (title) 1:30 (chapter 1 title) 2:30 (chapter 2 title) And so on and so forth. I've found it helps make my channel look a little more professional, hopefully it can help you too!

  8. Anyone else obsessed with That Chapter on YouTube? : r/TrueCrime...

    www.reddit.com/.../ju8i1x/anyone_else_obsessed_with_that_chapter_on_youtube

ADMIN MOD. Anyone else obsessed with That Chapter on YouTube? I’ve watched every single one of Mike’s true crime videos and I can honestly say that they’re the best I’ve ever found online. They’re not overly sensationalized like prime time TV true crime and he manages to infuse his videos with humor without being offensive.

That Chapter is just me, honestly I sometimes get a little overwhelmed with everything. But thank you so much to the mods for setting up this community.

  10. How to use YouTube chapters? : r/NewTubers - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/NewTubers/comments/s60v1e/how_to_use_youtube_chapters

It seems to be a bug on some channels that make it so it doesn't work. I wish there was a solution, but if there is, I don't know it. Try disabling autochaptering for the video, it might conflict with the handwritten one. There was a video I uploaded a little bit ago where I used chapters for the first time, and it worked like it was supposed to.

  11. Hey You, and Welcome - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/ThatChapter

Now I can’t imagine it without Keith. He’s bringing a lot to the table in terms of research and fun. Can’t be easy with a full time job and a toddler as I’m sure a lot of time is required to research a topic. This is a bit of a ramble but basically just want to tell Mike and Keith that they rock! 13 9.
