There is no other way these can be seen other than to be in bad taste and lacking in empathy for the people.

Chapter Haptic Feedback on iPhone. I am having trouble with haptic feedback when using the YouTube app on iPhone and I’m hoping someone may be able to help. When a video is playing and naturally transitions from one chapter to the next, I feel a small vibration. I was wondering if there’s a way of turning this off.
ADMIN MOD. Anyone else obsessed with That Chapter on YouTube? I’ve watched every single one of Mike’s true crime videos and I can honestly say that they’re the best I’ve ever found online. They’re not overly sensationalized like prime time TV true crime and he manages to infuse his videos with humor without being offensive.
Have you tried putting the stamps after the section names (ex: “Intro 0:00”)? I don’t think editing the description would add chapters in that particular video, so maybe also try writing the timestamps like I suggested in a completely new video; type those timestamps as the video is being uploaded may also help.
At this time, there's no upload option for them, and I doubt that will change. However, for future videos, if you feel that the chapter thumbnails are important, consider that while editing the video, and have at least 1.1 seconds* of what you want the thumbnail to be before what you want the first spoken words of the chapter to be.

It easily skips chapters if you do even 3 quick taps in a row with one finger: tap quickly once, move over ‘a bit’ (up to an inch) then do a quick double tap & it’ll jump chapters. So with one finger, I think it’s how many times you tap & where you tap. 3-4 quick succession taps in different spots on the screen will skip chapters.
Hello there. For me, chapters seem to come and go and so far, YouTube Support has been unable to provide an answer as to why. They work fine for a while, then suddenly, ALL of my chapters in EVERY video I have posted loses the chapter timeline bar. The good thing is, the chapter links themselves in the description continue to work.
That Chapter on youtube... really irks me. i initially started watching his channel for his detailed compilations of available information on cases, along with the occasional laugh at his remarkably strange editing choices (leaving in 30+ seconds of dead silence while he searches for words, awkward stuttering, restarting sentences in the middle ...
