Don't you find it laughable that we are penalized for not responding within 24hrs and upheld to having amazing customer service , but etsy customer service cant even resolve a blatant misuse of etsy TOS within a full business week. Entirely disappointed!
But the one thing we get from Ebay, where we have over 3000 feedback and 100 percent positive, is great respect from the customer service people we deal with. Good luck all, maybe Etsy will get this figured out before some other place passes them. A place that realizes that sellers are as important as buyers and we all make up Etsy's customer base.

The ODR is supposed to rate a Shop's Customer Service. So do your best to help the customer track down their package. Then for your Shop's benefit/protection print out or screen shot USPS delivery confirmation &/or order details; if you reply to review do so with the thoughts of future buyers in mind keeping it simple & professional.
