As of yesterday, I can no longer start GOG Galaxy. Windows gives the error message that it "cannot find <install location>\GOG Galaxy\GalaxyClient.exe". I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling the newest version and restarting PC; it still gives the same error.
Then, make a bare bone minimum client (maybe based of version 1.x of GOG Galaxy? Or even better, outsource a minimum base library and write a very minimum front-end around it) and have it download the right version of the game that is supported on the running Windows.
