Have not been able to play Candy Crush on Facebook all day. 11/17/2021. Have been having issues for months. Did get to play yesterday for once. Didn't last long. Not working again. Can't you please fix it once and for all? It's bad enough the Chocolate Box will not load. Allegedly unable to contact server.
Click on the section that says: "Allow activity from Candy Crush Soda Saga to stay connected to your account". After clicking this section/link, a confirmation should be displayed at the bottom of this page. 5. Lastly, go back and open the "Candy Crush Soda &/or Saga" app(s) and once opened, click on the icon/link that says "Played before?".
The point is that Candy Crush Saga has never been connected to my Facebook account, so it does not appear in Expired or Removed. Notice that I searched for "candy" and the only thing that shows up is Soda. If it was under the expired list, it would've showed up when I did that search.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Candy Crush app (also clear register and leftover files) Updated browsers (especially Edge, as I assume it's the one the app is using) The picture should be pretty familiar, but I'll clarify what it says to be sure:
Select the Microsoft Store app (the shopping bag icon) in the taskbar. Choose Library from the bottom-left side. Select Get updates to check for and then bulk install all app updates or select the Apps you would like to update. Check This Video also for more clarification (click on the Green letters).
