To create a shortcut to the People app, right-click in a blank area > New > Shortcut > On the location of the item insert this path below: ms-people: > Next > Insert the shortcut name > Finish. I'm just adding the screenshot to help people visualize what is needed to create the shortcut.
Thank you for the clarification, on the settings when you see the people app, can you click on it and click on advance options. On the advance option click on Reset. After you reset kindly check if your able to pull app the people app. Regards. Kevin B. Independent advisor
