Animal Control is so bad it feels like it should be a weird B-plot background show in a much better quality show. The characters all fell like they came straight from a book on writing comedy. The dialogue feels like it's filmed one line at a time instead of characters actually talking to each other.
Animal control finally caught the Hellcat. When they finally impound his car, I want the community to buy it and burn it in the middle of the Clink. He's just trying to honestly earn that "locally hated" window decal. He should get a "universally reviled" one. "I'm a sad person with no personality or life goals" was too lengthy.

Most people still aren't working... LAs feeling real fucked these days. Yes, The Rookie was the same. I don't know what more you could hope for. Almost every network show had a shortened season due to the strikes. Most of them ended after 10 episodes this season, outside of Found and Quantum Leap.
