ps: i managed to fix it by making sure im downloading the file that are compatibale with the 1.03.1 version (apparently the game is on a higher version). i found it the the same nexus mod website under the name "Elden Ring White Screen - Insivible Enemy Fix-362-1-0-0-1648066896.rar"

It's actually obnoxious. First, it shits on bow builds. Elden Ring has the worst bow combat out of all Souls games for that reason alone, and what makes it worse is that they actually bothered to make bow builds better by adding a bunch of bow related weapon arts and then nullified that effort by making enemies just know when you fire an arrow and dodge it...constantly.
If it makes your life easier... go to the official fg site, search elden ring, click on the 1337x.to link, download that pack, when dl done, run the dl check then run the installer and bang you all good to go in like 2-4 hours.

Say a game is 80gb and the repack is 60gb. With the repack, you download less data (only the 60gb) but when unpacking it, the diskspace used will almost double since you'll have both the repacked version and the unpacked version taking up diskspace, if you had say 90gb available, this wouldn't be possible.
Depends where you are. If you are in Western Europe, North America, or the English-speaking parts of Oceania, you're gonna need a VPN or else your ISP would chimp out. For torrenting, qBittorent is the better choice since it is maintained well even if it is fairly basic. Also, Elden Ring takes like 8 hours to download anyway.
