It is my understanding that the Amazon.com Store Card and the Amazon Prime (Visa Signature?) are two different cards that are issued by two different companies...the Store Card is issued by Synchrony and the Prime card is issued by Chase.

I would recommend trying both, however "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony is likely the correct one to use. When you select one, it has a blue link that takes you to the site so you can verify it's the same website you use to sign in and make sure your login works there. Please let me know if this helps!
The Amazon card is a Synchrony card. One notice I got from JC Penney (another Synchrony card) a couple of weeks ago is that Synchrony is consolidating many of their cards into a single website which means they will likely be making the types of data being downloaded common among all the cards. Maybe that is what has happened with your cards.
