As the title states, I tried to create a riot games account to play Valorant. But when I head to valorant's website, it gets stuck after I enter my password. I tried refreshing the page 5 times and tried more than 10 times until now, but still can't.

The ticket system allows you to include screenshots, so if you can document your case there might be a better chance of action against the griefer in question.
