02-15-201710:47 PM. The receipts state $0 insurance because that refers to the Shipsurance insurance purchased via the label. I would call the USPS 800 number if you are experiencing difficulty filing online. All Priority mail packages have insurance and it's $100 if the label is purchased online.

There has been a ton of threads with complaints about the Global Shipping Program (all of Etsy's USPS labelled International parcels going through Ascendia, except Canada).
Um, has anyone had issues with etsy shipping today? I printed out 5 labels, delivered them to the po and stood in line to have them scanned so I know they were scanned. Yet not one of them says anything other than that the label was created and my receipt just has label numbers and no tracking!!!!! ...

You can tell the buyer to refuse the package when it arrives and it will be return to sender at no charges to you if it is domestic within USA. When the tracking shows the package is being return to sender, you can refund the buyer.
