It's pricey but if I start feeling mild symptoms I'll take 2-4 capsules a day and it usually helps with diarrhea, frequency, bloating, and cramping. If I'm flaring or having worse symptoms I'll either bump up to 8 capsules a day or better yet switch to the packets (or Double strength packets).
